Using accurate data, routine reporting and fleet system insights, the role supports improved fleet operations, cost control, sustainability initiatives and reliable service delivery for the community.This is a dynamic role combining scheduling, systems, analytics and operational support. You’ll:Maintain fleet systems and records, ensuring data accuracy, integrity and timely processing of registrations and related documentation in accordance with Council procedures.Deliver efficient, high-quality fleet administration and operational support across fleet, plant and equipment commissioning, decommissioning and servicing schedules.Monitor fleet performance information and prepare routine reporting to support improved efficiency, cost control and continuous improvement.Manage fleet administration resources, including fuel cards, EV and telematics fobs, to support smooth day-to-day operations.Build strong working relationships with internal teams, contractors and service providers to deliver responsive and customer-focused support.About You You are a detail-oriented and solutions-focused professional who enjoys working with systems, data and people. You bring a proactive approach, take pride in delivering high-quality outcomes and build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll bring

  • Experience administering fleet, asset, records or other business database systems
  • Experience preparing routine data reports and interpreting information to support operational administration
  • A relevant Trade Certificate, Certificate IV in Business Administration, Information Technology, Fleet/Asset Management or equivalent relevant experience is highly regarded
  • Forklift licence is desirable
  • Current driver’s licence is essential
